What is a Free Pass?
You are allowed to request to exchange the size of your garment or to return the item for a full refund (should you not be satisfied with your purchase) provided you log the return within 7 days. A Free Pass means that the collection of the returned item and/or delivery of the exchanged item is free of charge.
You have 7 days after after each delivery to request an exchange or to request the item to be returned.
Should we not receive any queries from you within 7 days of delivery, we will consider the sale final.
How do I log a Free Pass exchange?
Send an email to or a whatsapp to 073 312 4385 with your exchange details.
How should the item be, when handing over to the courier for return?
Item must be undamaged and back in the box the item was originally delivered in. Please do not worry about gift wrap, ribbons or any other decorative packaging items
Item(s) returned will reach us within 3 business days from collection and will be inspected for quality control. Stains, tears and any other forms of damage sustained whilst in the client’s possession will be for the client’s account, to the maximum of the full retail value of the garment.

Ready to collect within 5 working days Open 7 days a week
5 working days between 8am and 5pm
Collection is available at PostNet, Post Office, Paxi and Pudo pick up points. Contact us for further information on the pick up points.
Currently deliveries are only within South Africa
